TABLE OF CONTENTS

Introduction to status update

Status update makes WooCommerce be notified automatically when an order has been fully processed in Telaris.

This gives the customer in the web shop the correct status without manual updating.

The update happens automatically as part of the integration.

Tips: This is important for the customer experience. The customer sees when the order is completed.

Walkthrough of status update

Status update happens automatically and requires no manual action after setup.

Guide: Order import from WooCommerce to Telaris

When status is updated

The status in WooCommerce is updated when:

  • An order is invoiced in Telaris

This happens automatically without the need for manual synchronisation.

Which status is sent

When an order has been invoiced in Telaris, the status in WooCommerce is set to:

  • Completed

This means the order is considered fully processed.

NOTE: Other status changes in Telaris are not synchronised back to WooCommerce.

Requirements for the update

For the status update to work:

  • The order must be imported from WooCommerce
  • The order must have a valid link (integration reference)
  • The API connection must work

Problems with status update

If the status is not updated in WooCommerce, check:

  • The order has not been invoiced in Telaris
  • The order is missing a link to WooCommerce
  • API connection not working

NOTE: Cancelling an order in Telaris does not update WooCommerce automatically.
