Understand how stock is updated between Telaris and WooCommerce.

Introduction to stock flow

Inventory management in the WooCommerce integration is controlled by Telaris.

This means that stock level is always updated from Telaris to WooCommerce, and not the other way around.

The purpose is to ensure that the web shop always shows the correct stock status based on the actual stock in Telaris.

Tips: Think of WooCommerce as the display. Telaris is the source of truth for stock.

Telaris is always the master for stock level.
