Override warehouse on order line

Guide on the ability to override which warehouse a specific order line should be picked from.

Purpose

In certain cases it is desirable to override which warehouse a specific order line should be retrieved from.

Telaris has the ability to do this at order line level.

Select warehouse

To select a different warehouse, the line must not be picked or invoiced. In the example below the order is locked to 'Main warehouse'.

1. Select the order line by clicking on it.

2. In the dropdown in the line details under 'Warehouse' you can choose a different warehouse for the order line.

The order line's stock status and location are updated to the selected warehouse, and overrides the locked warehouse in the order header.
