What is the Logistra integration (Cargonizer)?

The Logistra integration connects Telaris to Cargonizer from Logistra, so you can handle freight and consignments without leaving Telaris. This article briefly explains what the integration does, what is required to use it, and how it fits with the rest of Telaris.

What the integration does

With the integration you can create consignments, calculate freight cost in real time, print freight labels and waybills, and report consignments electronically to the carrier (EDI). You can also look up pickup points and send a tracking link to the customer.

For transit consignments that pass through Sweden or Finland you can enter a customs declaration (NVIT), and for non-standard goods that take the full width of the truck you can specify load metres instead of dimensions. Goods delivered without a carrier, for example pickup in store, can be registered as physical delivery.

Prerequisites

To use the integration you need an active account with Logistra (Cargonizer), at least one carrier agreement (for example Bring or PostNord), and an API key and client number from Cargonizer.

Where consignments are created

A consignment can be created in three places: from an order, from a picking list in the warehouse, or directly from the consignment list under Logistics. Wherever you start, the flow ends in the same process towards Cargonizer.

How it works with the rest of Telaris

Consignments are linked to orders and order lines. Tracking links can be shown on invoices, quotes and order confirmations, and in email. Freight options and pickup points are shown in the web shop checkout. For NVIT, the customs code, country of origin and weight are taken from the product cards.

Guidance: To set up the integration, see the articles "Getting started with the Logistra integration" and "Setting up freight types".
